Legal Files Software Enhances Automated eBilling Module
Case and matter management software company listens to its clients
And upgrades electronic invoicing solution.

April 22, 2008

Legal Files Software, Inc., a leading case and matter management software company, recently enhanced its automated eBilling module. The new module better complements the already robust Legal Files product used regularly in legal departments around the world while meeting evolving invoice tracking requirements.

Tracking invoices through the invoice-approval cycle is no longer a time-consuming process with the Legal Files eBilling module. Once an invoice has been imported into the Legal Files system, it seamlessly routes to the necessary users for review and approval. All invoices are validated for complete information with correct invoicing formats. With just a few, quick set-up instructions at the beginning of the process, Legal Files eBilling can make for a less-cumbersome review and approval process for all involved. Legal Files worked with existing clients to ensure the upgraded module would fully meet the needs of its users.

"Ultimately, the Legal Files eBilling module standardizes the invoice submission and review process, alleviating a fare amount of administrative overhead associated with invoice processing," said John Kanoski, CEO of Legal Files Software. "We're proud to bring this new, enhanced module to market because we're confident it will make our clients more efficient."

The Legal Files eBilling module imports invoices in the industry-standard LEDES 2000 format. Once imported, the module supports rules based workflow instructions, which means the entire process can be customized to the level that each legal department needs. The eBilling module is simple to use and will help to greatly reduce easy-to-miss and common accounting errors.
