Arizona Attorney General Goes Live with Legal Files

June 15, 2007

Legal Files Software, Inc., a leading provider of legal case and office management solutions, is pleased to announce that the Arizona Attorney General's Office has gone live with the Legal Files case management system for 150 users. This milestone begins the final phase in a complex, large-scale project that included numerous data conversions and system integrations. This group is the first of 1000+ users that will be coming online in the next couple of months, according to Dale Lowrance, a project implementation manager at Legal Files Software, Inc.

The Attorney General's Office provides legal advice to most State agencies. The Office also investigates and prosecutes consumer fraud, white-collar crime, organized crime, public corruption, drug and environmental violations and deprivation of civil rights.

"We're honored to have the Attorney General's Office as a customer," Lowrance said. "We enjoy working with their staff during the implementation and look forward to a lasting partnership."

The objectives of the project include: supporting both common and unique aspects of all of Attorney General's operations, including civil and criminal litigation, advice matters, debt collections and investigations, along with management of projects and programmatic areas; creating a single, agency-wide integrated point of access to information and facilitating the sharing of uniform data throughout the agency, while maintaining appropriate, secure access; maintaining rules of procedure for the Office's business operations and tracking critical dates; automating office procedures (such as timekeeping); and providing a flexible platform from which the agency can efficiently comply with future court and client electronic data sharing initiatives.
