Springfield, Ill., Feb. 18, 2016—NextWave Enterprises, LLC, one of the leading direct funding companies in the financial services industry, will implement Legal Files as its first-ever electronic legal matter management system for its corporate legal department. Legal Files is the leading case and matter management application developed by Legal Files Software, Inc. which will also provide all implementation services for the project.
The legal department at NextWave, which funds small to midsize businesses across the country, sought a software solution with robust reporting capabilities. “Using a combination of spread sheets, paper files and our email application was becoming increasingly difficult given our growth as a company,” explains in-house counsel Joshua Kenny. “Legal Files will provide us with the capability to report on cases, case status, tasks, and deadlines—whatever data we need to track and manage.”
