Sales of Legal Files Web Application See Rapid Growth

Legal Files Software Inc. is pleased to announce sales of its web based matter management application in 2007 outpaced its client/server program for the first time since its inception. Legal Files Software Inc. recognized the need in the industry for a thin client application and has shown the market its product is ready to be efficient and effective.
"For the first time, Legal Files sold more web applications than client/service applications," said John Kanoski, CEO of Legal Files. "We knew our Web application was selling well, but we didn't anticipate that it would outpace the client/server sales so quickly. This demonstrates that our customers are demanding thin client applications that easily integrate with their existing systems."
Throughout the sales process, Legal Files Software Inc. regularly hears from its prospects that their IT departments prefer new applications to be as lean as possible and run through an Internet connection. With recent sales as strong as they were for the Web application, this trend is proving to be true.
The Internet application is a browser based case and workflow management application that provides the same customization and flexibility of Legal File's popular client/server desktop program. The program runs through the users' Internet Explorer browser, reducing the need for high-cost IT resources. Since it runs solely through a Web browser, as long as users have an Internet connection, they can remain fully functional while traveling anywhere in the world.
The program was designed to seamlessly integrate with users' existing Microsoft Office applications. Web users have access to the full functionality of calendars, documents, e-mail, notes, mail logs, phone logs, to-do's, time slips and complaint tracking.
