Legal Files Web, our web/browser
based case management software, opens to a specific users's home
page containing user-specific calendars, tasks, events, recently
accessed files and Heads Up, Legal Files' automatic notification
system. You can customize the different areas your Legal Files
Web case management system including:

- Manage Name Cards (My Contacts)
Legal Files Web case and workflow
management tools provide the same customization and flexibility
of our popular client/server desktop program, and it runs—100
percent—through your Internet Explorer browser. Web users have
access to the full functionality of calendars, documents, e-mail,
notes, mail logs, phone logs, to-do's, time slips and complaint
tracking.
In addition to case management
and matter management capabilities, Legal Files Web offers efficient
and secure access for remote users, functions on multiple platforms
and provides customization capabilities.
Providing anytime/anywhere access
to your Legal Files data, Legal Files Web also reduces the need

features is its seamless integration with Microsoft Office®.
E-mail, contacts, appointments, documents, spreadsheets and presentations
can be saved to a case/matter in Legal Files Web directly from
the MS Office application. The integration utilizes HTTP and XML
technology that provides a much faster and more secure data transmission
to the server over traditional FTP methods. Additionally, customers
do not have to integrate directly with their Microsoft® Exchange
Server, eliminating potential security and performance concerns.
Legal Files Mobile
Legal Files supports a virtual
office by offering seamless integrations with popular mobile devices
that run on BlackBerry® or Windows Mobile® operating systems.
Legal Files Mobile extends the reach of matter/case-related data
through a user’s wireless device, enabling users to access
information in real-time when they are out of the office. With
this integration, Legal Files users can call, send e-mails or
retrieve addresses of matter-related or office-wide contacts stored
in Legal Files directly from their mobile device. Additionally,
BlackBerry users can save e-mails directly to the case or matter
in Legal Files from their BlackBerry. These features provide additional
benefits to Legal Files users by connecting them to their Legal
Files data when they’re away from the office and need to
quickly access a phone number or stay organized by filing e-mails
after reading and responding to them.
