Wake County Attorney’s Office to Implement Legal Files

“Legal Files was the perfect fit for our office because of its customization and ability to meet the various legal needs within multiple departments in the County.”

Springfield, Ill., April 20, 2016—Wake County, North Carolina, has chosen to implement Legal Files, the comprehensive legal matter management software developed by Legal Files Software Inc., in its County Attorney’s Office, the software company announced today.

“Legal Files was the perfect fit for our office because of its customization and ability to meet the various legal needs within multiple departments in the County,” Paralegal Kelly Aldridge said. “The Legal Files staff has been incredibly professional to work with and proficient in getting this implemented promptly for our office.”

The County Attorney’s Office plans to primarily use Legal Files to more efficiently manage a variety of litigation files including workers compensation, licensing, board adjustments, condemnation actions and general litigation matters. Legal Files will also be able to meet the County Attorney’s Office needs for a comprehensive reporting tool; a centralized electronic depository for all matter related documents, email, contacts, telephone calls, deadlines, etc.; as well as a docketing tool which provides a matter-centric view that is easily shareable, if desired.
