As we observe our 25th anniversary this year, and we had some time to reminisce on over two decades of helping clientele nationwide. Our software was developed in Springfield, Illinois, in a real, working legal department. We’ve worked very hard since that time to deliver a product that matters to our clientele, and the next two and a half decades will be no different.
We look back on these past 25 years fondly. All of our hard work, effort and commitment we’ve given to our software is worth it when we see and experience the commitment and loyalty so many customers have given to us in return.. Through these last 25-plus years, we have done our best to bring the latest and greatest in technological advancements to our software by adding features that meet the changing needs of our customers.
How have we made it so far? A great product and an even greater team of people.. We’ve never used a subcontractor (including an offshore subcontracting organization) of any kind to develop any element of our software or services. We also keep all of our support, training and service staff right on-site, so our clientele never worry about dealing with a third-party company that doesn’t know our product inside and out. The more we dedicate ourselves to delivering a superior product, the more satisfied our clientele are with it. We don’t just see our clients as customers—we work to build lasting, meaningful relationships with them for years to come.
