Legal Files provides three levels of support for problems or questions to our legal case software: telephone and email user support for every-day “how-to” questions, telephone and email technical-support for “talk-through” system maintenance and on-site, technical support for “walk-through” system administration.

We provide on-site technical support generally within one day for any Legal Files related problem that cannot be resolved over the phone and that interrupts your business operations.

We want Legal Files to help you do your job better. Your yearly maintenance and support agreement includes unlimited Legal Files software support from the Help Desk.
