Bowdoin College, a nationally renowned college of liberal arts and science in Maine, has selected Legal Files, the namesake product of Legal Files Software, Inc. to meet its contract management softwares.
Bowdoin plans to use Legal Files to track deadlines, documents, email and other relevant data for all types of contractual matters. “As a centralized and comprehensive system, Legal Files will make sharing, collaboration and organization much easier,” said Megan A. Hart, Legal Compliance Officer and Assistant Secretary of the College. “We won’t need two or three different systems for different types of agreements,” she said, “Legal Files will help us manage it all.”
As part of the project, Legal Software in-house professionals are providing implementation assistance, project management and training.
