The City of Longmont, Colorado, has contracted with Legal Files Software, Inc. to provide its in-house legal matter management software and implementation services to the City Attorney’s Office.
“Legal Files will improve the way we manage electronic documents, and provide ongoing matter status tracking,” the City’s Information/Records Systems Coordinator Lucienne Petrocco explained. “Legal Files will help us save time, which reduces costs, and helps us maximize our budget.”
Another important factor in the selection of Legal Files was the system’s compatibility with the office’s existing email system. “Legal Files offers a seamless integration with Outlook,” Petrocco said. “That compatibility is important, since we want to leverage our existing technology to its fullest extent.”
Working in conjunction with implementation specialists at Legal Software, the City Attorney’s Office has already started to implement the new system.
