The City of Wilsonville, Oregon, has selected Legal Files Software, Inc. to provide its first-ever electronic legal case management system for the city’s legal department. In addition to the licensing of its software, Legal Files Software is providing training, implementation assistance and project management to the legal department as part of the project.
Under the supervision of the City Attorney, the City of Wilsonville’s Legal Department provides legal advice to city boards and commissions, reviews legal documents, drafts complex ordinances and resolutions, directs city litigation, negotiates and drafts contracts and assists in risk management.
Project implementation is expected to conclude this month.
