University Legal Department Chooses Legal Files Software

Springfield, Ill., June 22, 2016—The University of Texas at Arlington has entered into a contract with Legal Files Software, Inc. to implement the developer’s namesake matter management solution, Legal Files, in the University’s Office of University Counsel.

The Office provides legal oversight for the entire University and advises the UT Arlington President, officers, and administrators on legal issues including: employment law, higher education and governmental compliance, Title IX, litigation, FERPA, real estate, intellectual property, procurement, and transactional issues, amongst other areas.

The agreement calls for Legal Files Software, Inc. to provide implementation assistance, project management and training, as well as the licensing of its software.
