Founded in Springfield, Illinois, the hometown of Abraham Lincoln, we still call this lovely city home to our headquarters. Although we have grown from a small company into an international developer and provider of case and legal matter management software, we are still privately owned. Despite offers, our company has never changed hands or been purchased by a larger entity. We have grown into an international company, serving more than 10,000 users in 15 countries and 49 states, but all of our employees are U.S.-based. In fact, most of them are right here in the Midwest.

Specifically, we released our case management system as a DOS based program upon our founding in the early 1990s.  It then we developed a Windows based client/server application in 1997. A web portal was first released in 2003, and the web application was launched in 2008.
