Building Materials Distributor Selects Legal Files Matter Management Software for Legal Affairs Department

Springfield, Ill., Aug. 24, 2016—Legal Files Software, Inc. today announced that Foundation Building Materials, LLC, a North American distributor of building materials headquartered in Tustin, Calif., has licensed the Legal Files case and matter application for use in its corporate legal affairs department.
“I had previously used Legal Files at another company,” said Ric Tilley, the company’s vice president for legal affairs. “I already knew the software would do the job we needed it to do,” he added, “and, more importantly, that the company behind it is a trusted partner.”
The department plans to use Legal Files to electronically manage all their legal matters, including contracts.
