Legal Files Software, Inc., a leading case and matter management software company, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with The Regional Municipality of Durham. Durham Region will utilize the legal case management system within its Corporate Services Department, Legal Services Division.
With the selection of Legal Files, the Legal Services Division will be implementing it first-ever electronic legal matter management system. Once implemented, Legal Files will be used to more efficiently manage files, matters, documents and deadlines, as well as automate office workflow.
Situated at the eastern gateway of the greater Toronto area, the Region of Durham is an upper-tier municipality that also includes eight local-tier municipalities. The regional government is headquartered in Whitby.
