Legal Software, Inc. has entered into an agreement to license and implement its legal matter management and e-billing software to Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc.
Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc., the North American operation of Mitsubishi Motors Corporation which oversees sales, manufacturing and research and development functions, is implementing Legal Files in its corporate legal department.
“Our legal team was impressed with all the functionality that the Legal Files system offers,” Mitsubishi’s Phil Sando said. “We are confident that using Legal Files, along with the company’s deep expertise, will make for a long and successful association.”
In addition to software licensing and implementation services, Legal Files Software, Inc. is also providing custom programming services for a data conversion from Mitsubishi’s current system.
